The Story
The French Fitness Lacrosse Balls are made of silica gel with a solid molded rubber core, excellent for relieving minor aches and pains in the neck, shoulders, back, chest, calves, and other areas. These balls are great for self-myofascial release, which is best done following a workout but may also be performed throughout the day. Utilizing the floor, a wall, or any other hard surface to steady ball movement, apply pressure to the muscle with the ball. These balls are very dense and exert direct pressure where it is needed. Create a bigger surface area by combining two balls to ease stiff and tense muscles. Also available in Set of 5.
