The French Fitness Wooden Plyo Box is a multi-purpose platform made of 3/4" plywood that provides a stable platform for jumps, steps, dips, presses, plyometrics, agility, stamina training, and core workouts. The interlocking pieces fit together like a simple puzzle and have pre-drilled holes to guide you through easy, no-drill assembly.
